When you want hot delicious homemade bread for dinner, I always remember this recipe! Finnish bread without the hassle and long kneading of the dough! Fast, simple and the result that I like! Bake to your health! Let your kitchen smell of fresh bread!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For this recipe, flour and oatmeal are measured in milliliters. But it still turns out delicious. :)
  2. Fill the oatmeal with warm water (37-38 degrees), send sugar and yeast here. Let it stand for about 20 minutes, the yeast is activated, and the flakes swell.
  3. Add flour and salt. Add flour in parts, not all at once (everyone has different flour).
  4. Stir until smooth. The dough turns out to be quite stringy, liquid and sticky.
  5. Preparing the mold, I have used a square pan (25 * 25 cm) for the last few times. I grease it with vegetable oil and cover the bottom with parchment.
  6. We grease our hands with vegetable oil and put the dough into a mold.
  7. Cover with a film, a damp towel or a saucepan lid and let the dough move a little (in time - 20 minutes). Let it rise slightly.
  8. We put the bread in a cold oven, set the temperature to 225 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Gorgeous aroma, crispy crust and always so welcome to the dinner table!
  10. Bon Appetit!
