  2. Place ribs in the ready-made spicy mixture, leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours. Put the ribs in two layers of foil, pour over the honey marinade, wrap and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour and a half.

You can use another marinade: chopped garlic, soy sauce and vegetable oil in equal proportions, sesame oil and honey, also equally. Use cumin, ground coriander, fennel seeds as spices.
