  1. Prepare products for the fruit and berry charlotte.
  2. Defrost frozen cherries and plums. Cut the apple and pear into pieces.
  3. Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
  4. Put chopped fruits, cherries, halves of plums in a mold. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
