Wonderful bread !!! Especially for bread crust lovers! Well, there are a lot of crusts in this bread! YES, the most important thing in the recipe is, of course, the shape of the bread. It is in it that the secret of the crust lies! Homemade cakes are always tastier!

  1. Pour yeast into warm milk (30-38C) and leave for 5 minutes to dissolve.
  2. Add eggs, salt, sugar, a spoonful of butter.
  3. Shake eggs slightly. Add flour. Knead a tough dough.
  4. Cover with foil. Place in a warm place for proofing (about 1.5-2 hours). The dough should double in size.
  5. Crush the garlic. Crumble the greens. Mix with olive oil.
  6. Dust the table with flour (just lightly dust it, the dough is already pretty steep).
  7. Knead the matched dough. Roll out a rectangle about 1 cm thick
  8. Spread evenly with oil mixture. Cut into strips 5-6 cm wide (I got 7 strips).
  9. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We form the bread. To do this, roll up the first strip.
  10. Wrap around the second strip, the third ...
  11. Using the same principle, wrap all the strips (during baking, the top strip peeled off, although I pinched it).
  12. Leave to proof for 30 minutes.
  13. Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 30-35 minutes.
  14. Delicious with cold milk !!
