Hedgehogs in tomato sauce

A very easy recipe for hedgehogs in tomato sauce.

Ingredients

• rice 0.5 glass (a)
• pork 90 g
• onion 2 pcs.
• tomato patsa 3 tbsp
• sour cream 2 tbsp
• pepper
• salt
• boiling water

Directions

1. Mince pork and onions.
2. Boil rice.
3. Pour rice into the minced meat, season with pepper and salt, mix.
4. Shape the hedgehogs and place them in a patch.
5. Prepare tomato sauce. Put tomato paste, sour cream in a bowl, pour boiling water over, salt and mix thoroughly so that there is no thick.
6. Pour the hedgehogs with the resulting sauce.
7. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
