This delicious jellied kefir pie will certainly appeal to lovers of savory pastries and connoisseurs of "lazy" recipes. The dough for such a cake is as unpretentious as possible, you do not need to roll it out or wait for proofing, as is the case with yeast dough, in the finished product it is very tender. The filling of rice, boiled eggs and green onions is hearty, flavorful and perfect for a pie like this!
