Delicious quick pita casserole with cheese and mushrooms. This casserole can be easily prepared for breakfast, and can also be taken outdoors. If guests come unexpectedly, simple baked goods with cheese will also come in handy.

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs with curdled milk and spices to taste.
  2. Cut the pita bread into sheets the size of your baking dish. Chop the greens, cut the champignons into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Grease the form well with vegetable oil. Dip a sheet of pita bread in the egg mixture, put in a mold. Sprinkle with mushrooms, parsley and cheese.
