If you can't, but you really want to, then a little bit you can. Of course, fasting is not needed at all so that we spoil ourselves with tasty things, but even during fasting there are times when you really want, for example, sweet pastries. And for these cases, there are recipes that will help you not to break the prohibitions, and curb your appetites. And such lean pastries turn out to be no worse than rich ones, and a pie with prunes and banana will confirm this to you. It will take you quite a bit of time, and the relief (and, to be honest, pleasure) will bring immeasurable relief.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. If the prunes are tough, wash them, cover them with hot water and hold them in it for 10 minutes. After soaking, the prunes should be dried by blotting with a towel.
  3. Turn on the oven, preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Sift flour into a bowl (180 g is 1 glass with a capacity of 250 ml with a slide).
  5. Add vanilla sugar and salt.
  6. Add sugar. Stir.
  7. Add baking powder. Stir.
  8. Then add water and vegetable oil. Stir.
  9. Add prunes.
  10. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Add it to the dough after the prunes.
  11. Mix everything well so that the banana pieces and prunes are evenly distributed in the dough.
  12. Line the bottom and sides of a 20 cm baking dish with baking paper. Pour the dough into a mold. Smooth the surface.
  13. Place the pan in a hot oven and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until tender.
  14. Remove the baking dish from the oven, cool the cake and remove the paper. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
  15. Lean banana prune pie is ready.
  16. Bon Appetit.
