Chocolate, coffee, prunes, cinnamon and nuts are literally made for each other, they are ideally combined with each other, creating a deep and noble composition of taste and aroma. Today we will prepare an incomparable pie with the addition of all these ingredients. The pie turns out to be friable and crumbly, although it is cooked without eggs and dairy products. A great option for lean pastries for lovers of sweets!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. I used roasted peanuts. If your nuts are raw, pre-fry them in a dry pan or microwave and cool.
  3. I used dried prunes, with smoked the taste of the pie will be brighter.
  4. Such a lean pie is prepared quickly enough, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  5. Pour instant coffee and sugar into a cup and pour boiling water over it. Stir and leave to cool to room temperature.
  6. Pour the cooled coffee into a bowl.
  7. Pour salt, vanillin, ground cinnamon into the coffee and pour in vegetable oil. Stir.
  8. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cocoa.
  9. Sift the dry ingredients mixture through a fine sieve.
  10. Combine the powdery mixture with the coffee.
  11. Knead into a smooth, lump-free chocolate dough.
  12. Peel the peanuts.
  13. Pour the nuts onto a board, cover them with a bag and crush them into small crumbs using a rolling pin.
  14. Cut the prunes into small cubes.
  15. Put the nuts (leave a little for sprinkling on the cake) and the prunes in the chocolate dough.
  16. Stir in the additives into the dough using a silicone spatula.
  17. Line the bottom of the baking dish (I have a detachable baking dish with a diameter of 18 cm) with parchment and transfer the dough into it.
  18. Sprinkle the remaining nuts over the surface of the cake.
  19. Bake the lean chocolate pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  20. Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool.
  21. Chocolate-coffee cake with prunes and nuts is ready.
  22. Bon Appetit!
