A simple and budget-friendly baking for tea is Lean Lemon Pie. Such a delicious and aromatic cake is prepared without eggs, milk and butter. A great option for a lean table!

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Wash and dry the lemon. Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon.
  4. Squeeze about 3-4 tbsp from the lemon. tablespoons of juice (45-60 ml).
  5. In a deep bowl, combine lemon juice, zest, sugar and 100 ml of water.
  6. Add vegetable oil. To stir thoroughly.
  7. Combine sifted flour, sesame seeds, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Mix.
  8. Add lemon-oil mixture and knead to a homogeneous dough.
  9. Cover the baking dish (mine is 20x15 cm) with parchment for baking. Transfer the dough to a mold and flatten.
  10. Send it to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and a "dry match" (if you stick a match into the dough, it should come out without residues of sticky dough).
  11. Lean Lemon Sesame Pie is ready.
  12. Cool it slightly, cut into pieces and serve.
