Meat roll "Festive ring"

I came up with this roll a long time ago and even received a prize for it in the competition.

Ingredients

• for mold diameter 26
• thinly sliced ham ~ 200 g
• minced meat (pork + beef) 600 g
• onion 2 pcs (small)
• egg 1 pc
• a little salt (I don’t salt! because the ham is salted)
• allspice (better mixture)
• grated cheese (preferably mozzarella) 50-100 g
• cream 200 g
• mineral water a little
• greens

Directions

1. We prepare minced meat from all products, except ham, knead well and add min. Water, but so that the minced meat is not liquid.
2. We take strips of ham and lay them out in a circle
3. then we spread the minced meat in the form of a ring and wrap the ham
4. sprinkle it with water and bake it in the oven at 170-180 ° С for about an hour
5. when frying, a broth is formed in the middle of the ring and pour our roll with this broth
6. serve with any side dish, I made with these potatoes
