  2. Prepare vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onions and peppers, wash, peel and cut into approximately equal pieces. Put the potatoes separately in a saucepan, pour a little boiling water or vegetable broth, cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
  3. At this time, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, so that a golden brown crust appears. Add carrots, onions, peppers, parsley and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
