I propose to cook dairy cakes familiar from childhood. Cooking does not take much time, and you can even do without a mixer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind soft butter with sugar.
  2. Add the egg and milk, mix until smooth with a whisk.
  3. It is better to warm the milk to room temperature so that it combines well with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Combine flour (350 g = 2 cups of 250 ml + 1 tbsp. Spoon with a slide) with baking powder and add parts to the main mass, kneading the dough.
  5. You can knead, for convenience, first with a spoon, then with your hands.
  6. The dough is soft, elastic and does not stick to your hands at all.
  7. We turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  8. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick and form the biscuits with the help of cutting.
  9. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, at a short distance from each other.
  10. We bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  11. Milk cakes as in childhood
