  2. Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic extractor.
  3. Wash the bell peppers, cut out the seed box and cut into small cubes.
  4. Rinse the rice in cold water.
  5. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, put the washed rice and cook for about 10-15 minutes, until tender (cooking time depends on the type of rice).
  6. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion, add a little salt and fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  8. Transfer the onion and garlic to a bowl and set aside.
  9. Put the bell pepper in a pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Transfer the peppers to the onion bowl.
  11. In the same pan, fry the minced meat for 5-7 minutes, kneading with a spatula so that there are no lumps.
  12. Add onion with garlic, bell pepper, boiled rice, tomatoes in their own juice, Worcestershire sauce (optional), salt and freshly ground pepper to the minced meat.
  13. Mix everything and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  14. Transfer the minced meat with vegetables to a baking dish.
  15. And sprinkle with grated cheese
  16. Bake at 180 ° C for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
