This recipe makes a very tasty and tender roll, I recommend it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add semolina, mustard, mayonnaise, egg, salt and spices to the minced meat, mix until smooth and leave for 30 minutes or more, so that the semolina swells and the mass becomes fluffy.
  2. Peel the eggs and grate or chop finely (I chose the second option, so the filling looks brighter).
  3. Peel the onions, chop finely and fry until light caramel color in a mixture of butter and olive oils.
  4. Finely chop the green onion. Stir the fried onions with grated boiled eggs and green onions, add a little salt. Put the minced meat on the foil in an even layer, put the filling on top of the minced meat in an even layer.
  5. Roll very carefully into a tight roll, wrap in foil.
  6. Send to oven at 180C for 50-60 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, free the roll from the foil and brown it. Cool the finished roll a little and cut into pieces. Serve as a separate dish or with a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
