Cute little Finnish baked pies with cheese and meat filling will impress anyone. And their production does not require a lot of time and special skills. Recipe adapted from the book "The best recipes from Pirkka"

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine flour, potato flakes and baking powder. Add cold butter, diced. Mix with a blender into crumbs, add water and mix quickly. Put in the refrigerator and chill the dough for at least half an hour.
  2. Put the oven at 200 C. Add all the ingredients to the minced meat, stir. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. The pieces will seem to be very small, but when rolled out, everything will be fine. Roll each piece into a cake, put the filling.
  3. Gather on top with a knot like wontons. Place them in muffin tins or simply on baking paper. Bake for about 25 minutes.
