The jam pie is very soft, tender and juicy. You can not smear anything at all, but eat just like that. Or you can use a jam pie as a base for cakes.   1. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat into a strong foam with a pinch of salt.
  2. Beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar.

After that, we check with a skewer for readiness (the raw dough will stick to the skewer). Ready - take out, cool.
  7. If we cook in a multicooker, turn on the baking mode. I baked in a slow cooker.
  8. We give the biscuit a little rest, cool down. Cut in half into two cakes.
  9. Then you can grease with any cream or jam. I smeared with sour cream. To do this, mixed sour cream with powdered sugar.
