Curd dough has proven itself from the best side - the products made from it are tasty, tender, fragrant. I propose to adopt cookies from such a curd dough, decorated in the form of funny pigs - a symbol of the upcoming New Year 2019. Cookies are easy and simple to prepare, the kids really like it, for a New Year's treat - a great option!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the piglet curd biscuits.
  2. Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl, add the egg and sugar. Grate frozen butter there on a coarse grater.
  3. Stir the combined ingredients with a spoon.
  4. Add flour sifted with baking powder.
  5. Knead the dough first with a spoon.
  6. Then quickly knead the curd dough with your hand and assemble into a ball.
  7. At this stage, the dough can be sent to the refrigerator, or you can work with it right away. I cooked cookies right away, I used to put them in the refrigerator - I don't see the difference.
  8. So, roll out the cookie dough on a floured table. Cut 12 pieces with a diameter of 8 cm with a round mold.
  9. Place the dough slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle sugar over each dough.
  10. Collect the remaining dough and roll out again. Cut 12 small circles - "spots", as well as 6 circles with a diameter of 7 cm (or 8 cm).
  11. Cut large circles of dough into 4 pieces - these will be the "ears" of the piglets.
  12. Lubricate each cookie with a minimum amount of water where the "ears" and "patches" will be attached. Attach these elements and press down. Decorate the piglets with "nostrils".
  13. Bake the cottage cheese cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
  14. Cool the finished cottage cheese dough cookies.
  15. Melt the chocolate and draw "eyes" for the piglets.
  16. The "Piglet" curd biscuits are ready.
  17. Bon Appetit!
