The secret of a good burger lies primarily in the quality of the ingredients, in their harmony and in the ability to make good burger patties. We leave quality and skill on your conscience, but we promise harmony in taste.

  1. Form a cutlet from the minced meat ("washer"). Fry, preferably on a grill, sprinkle with vegetable oil until cooked through, 10-15 minutes. Salt.
  2. Also bake the bun on the grill or in the oven so that it crunches a little.
  3. In a preheated pan with a minimal addition of vegetable oil, cook with fried eggs, completely frying the protein.
  4. Grease the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves, a tomato slice and a couple of cucumber slices on top of it. Then cutlet, cheese, bacon, fried eggs. Garnish with the fries and gently cover with the other half of the bread, also brushed with mayonnaise. Serve with fries and ketchup.
