  1. Gut a fresh rabbit, rinse well under running water, if desired, soak for 6 hours in brine.
  2. Brine: 10 liters of water, 3-5 tbsp. l. salt, 1/2 bag of rosemary.
  3. Cut the carcass into portions, coat with sauce and leave to marinate for 3 hours.
  4. Sauce: sour cream, mustard, pepper mix.
  5. Peel raw potatoes, cut into 3 parts, put on a baking sheet, salt.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped onions and grate butter on top. The amount of butter depends on the fat content of the rabbit.
  7. Put the rabbit pieces along with the sauce on the potatoes.
  8. You can also vice versa (rabbit and potatoes on top), then the potatoes will turn out golden, and the rabbit will be stewed in sauce and become even softer and juicier.
  9. It is good to close the baking sheet with foil in 2 layers and put 200 g on the middle shelf in the hot oven. for 1 hour.
  10. After an hour, remove the foil sprinkle the rabbit with grated cheese, bake on the upper grill to the golden crust, the watering labeled juice.
