Rice with hearts in the sleeve

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Rinse chicken hearts, add soy sauce, salt. Add onion and chopped garlic, mix everything.
  2. Soak the hearts in this marinade for an hour.
  3. Fold the hearts into the sleeve, pour the rest of the marinade. Add rice, 2 glasses of water, salt if necessary.
  4. Close the sleeve on both sides, make several holes on the surface.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs on top.
