  1. Cut the roe deer into small pieces and put them in a small bowl. Salt. Pour in about 150-200 ml. wine, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. We also cut the tomatoes into thin half rings, and the peppers into small strips. Add vegetables to the fried onions, stir and simmer-fry for about 5 minutes. Then we send the meat along with the marinade to the vegetables in a frying pan, mix and fry. Fry the meat with vegetables until all the liquid has evaporated. Add the remaining wine to the pan, continue to simmer the meat and vegetables over low heat for 1 hour. Add ground ginger about 5 minutes before readiness, stir and continue cooking.
