Roe deer shurpa is a rather exotic dish. Indeed, most often this soup is cooked from lamb or beef. The abundance of spices makes shurpa aromatic and tasty, try it!

  1. Boil the prepared roe deer meat in two liters of water until tender. Approximately 1-2 hours. Add carrots and onions cut into cubes to the finished meat. Put potatoes, cook for 15 minutes. Now add chopped bell peppers and whole bitter peppers, also put tomatoes (chopped in a meat grinder), salt and spices. Cook for another 15 minutes and remove from heat. Put the garlic in the soup, cover with a lid and let it brew for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the shurpa with chopped herbs before serving. Bon Appetit!
