Delicious and light salad of tomatoes and mushrooms with pine nuts. The salad contains fresh champignons. Don't be afraid to eat them raw, they are one of the few mushrooms that are eaten as such. In Italy and France, fresh champignons are often used in cooking, and why are we worse !?

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wipe fresh champignons with a napkin, remove dirt, you can remove the top skin from the cap. Cut them into slices. Salt, sprinkle with sugar, pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix. Mushrooms are good at picking up salt and sugar, so taste it. Leave for 5-7 minutes. Cut sweet onions into feathers and add to mushrooms. Mix.
  2. Cut delicious and juicy tomatoes as you graze (I cut into slices) and add to the salad. Drizzle with unrefined olive oil. Mix the contents of the salad bowl gently. Salt a little.
  3. Dry the pine nuts in the microwave or in a dry frying pan until they turn light yellow.
  4. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the salad and serve. This is a delicious and light salad! Enjoy your meal!
