Semolina pie with jam and nuts - simple and tasty. The mannik cake is great for tea as a daily homemade baking.

  1. Prepare the required ingredients for the semolina pie with jam.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks and sugar until lightweight.
  3. Beat egg whites separately with salt until fluffy, firm foam.
  4. Add jam to the yolks. Add rum and chopped nuts. Add semolina. Stir.
  5. Add the whipped egg whites to the resulting dough.
  6. Stir the manna dough gently until smooth.
  7. Pour the jam tart batter into a greased and semolinaized baking dish (baking dish approx. 20x20 cm).
  8. Bake the jam and nuts mannica pie in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
  9. Cool the finished semolina pie with jam and serve with tea.
