My favorite recipe! But simply because, due to my carelessness, I made a small mistake, but by this I came up with the perfect recipe - the cake turns out to be incredibly tender and smooth! And it is "smart" because the dough is kneaded in one bowl, it turns out to be liquid, but in the baking process it itself is divided into layers.   1. Melt butter.
  2. Divide 4 eggs into whites and yolks, break one whole egg into yolks.
  3. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add melted butter to the yolks and beat again.
  5. Gradually introduce flour, whisking.
  6. Add warm milk, stir well.
  7. Beat the whites well into a stable foam, until stable peaks.
  8. Add proteins to the dough, mix gently with a whisk. Yes, it will be liquid, do not be alarmed.
  9. Grease the form with vegetable oil, pour the dough into it.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. And you will see this wonderful cake.
  11. Cut the finished pie into cakes.
