I bring to your attention just a gorgeous unsweetened muffin with chicken liver, carrots and cheese. There are no problems with kneading dough, and the result, friends, is incredible: tender, airy and moderately moist cake crumb, complemented by juicy pieces of liver, carrots and cheese, which are responsible for satiety and nutritional value.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the carrots and onions and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Wash the chicken liver and dry slightly. Cut the liver into small pieces.
  3. Heat the pan and pour 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oil into it.
  4. Put vegetables in oil and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the liver to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Stir occasionally so that nothing burns.
  5. Rinse the greens, dry them and cut them as small as possible. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  6. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  7. Break eggs into a deep bowl.
  8. Add odorless vegetable oil to the eggs.
  9. Whisk the eggs and butter lightly.
  10. Pour in milk at room temperature, stir.
  11. Add cheese.
  12. Mix flour with baking powder and add to a bowl with cheese-milk-egg mixture.
  13. If it becomes inconvenient to mix the dough, pour it into a larger container.
  14. Stir the dough with a whisk for several minutes, until smooth.
  15. Add chopped herbs and liver with vegetables from the pan to the dough. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
  16. Stir the dough with a spoon.
  17. Cover the cake pan with parchment, grease the parchment with vegetable oil.
  18. Pour the prepared dough into the mold.
  19. Bake a snack cake with chicken liver, carrots and cheese for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. After a while, check the readiness with a skewer - there should be no traces of wet dough on it.
  20. Soft and tender snack cake with chicken liver, carrots and cheese is ready to serve.
  21. The cupcake can be served as a stand-alone dish, for example, with fresh vegetables. It's also a nice snack with a cup of tea or coffee.
  22. Enjoy your meal!
