  1. We prepare products for snack muffins on kefir, from pea flour. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs with salt, black pepper and dried herbs.
  3. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork.
  4. Add kefir (or other fermented milk product) to the beaten eggs.
  5. Beat again.
  6. Mix pea flour with baking powder.
  7. Add the flour mixture to the egg mass.
  8. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  9. We prepare a baking dish for muffins: grease with vegetable oil or insert paper capsules. We spread the dough into the prepared form. We fill each mold with dough approximately 2/3, as the dough on kefir will rise.
  10. Put one tomato slice in each mold.
  11. We bake muffins on kefir, from pea flour, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
  12. Enjoy your meal!
