It would seem that sorrel soup is very simple, but we added a solid piece of beef to it, and on top - a poached egg. I like brutal cuisine: large portions, interesting mixes of ingredients.   2. Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
  3. Add sorrel, fried onions and green onions to the broth and let it boil.
  4. Boil the egg separately until it is poached. Serve the soup with poached egg and sour cream.
