Sour cream muffins with strawberries

  2. We wash the strawberries, clean them of sepals. Coarsely chop the berries.
  3. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, vegetable oil and eggs. Stir (no need to whip).
  5. Add sugar. We mix.
  6. Mix the flour with baking powder and sift into a sweet sour cream-egg mass. Without worrying about the lumps, we knead the dough until all the flour is moistened - no longer.
  7. Silicone molds do not need to be lined or lubricated. If you have molds made of a different material, line them with muffin capsules or grease with oil.
  8. We immediately lay out the prepared dough in the muffin tins, filling them almost to the top (if you like muffins with a high slide, fill in the forms with the top).
  9. We lay out the strawberries in tins, pressing a little into the dough.
  10. We send to a preheated oven and bake muffins at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Muffins with sour cream, with strawberries are ready. Let it cool a little.
  12. Then remove the muffins from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar. We invite everyone to a tea party.
