  1. Prepare tortillas. Sift flour with salt, add pork fat and grind it with flour. Pour in 50 ml of warm water little by little and knead into a soft, homogeneous dough.
  2. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a damp hot cloth and leave for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a round, thin cake.
  3. Fry the cakes in a very preheated dry frying pan for 30 sec. from each side. Fold one on top of the other, wrap in foil and set aside.
  4. Peel the onion, chop finely. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry the onion in it, 3 minutes, then put the minced meat. Kneading the lumps with a spatula, cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Add tomato paste, coriander, salt and canned beans. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater. Wash the tomato and lettuce leaves. Cut the tomato into thin slices, finely chop the lettuce leaves.
  6. Put the cakes on a baking sheet, fold them slightly in half. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 5 minutes. Arrange the beans with minced meat in tortillas, sprinkle with grated cheese, then carrots. Place tomato slices and chopped lettuce on top. Serve the tacos hot.
