Tear-off pie with cheese, garlic and herbs

The most aromatic combination is a yeast pie with cheese, garlic and herbs. A very simple recipe for delicious pastries!

  1. The dough recipe is simple and delicious, never let down.
  2. For kneading, we use pressed (live) yeast and a mixture of milk and water (warm).
  3. Flour - sifted.
  4. If the yeast is tested, immediately make a small depression in the flour and pour all the warm liquid into it. Add crumbled yeast and sugar. Stir lightly and let stand (10 minutes).
  5. Then add salt and knead the dough with a spoon. Add vegetable oil and knead the dough with your hands for 5-7 minutes. Let the dough come up (well distance) in a warm place, in time - 1 hour (at least).
  6. For the filling, the set of products is also very simple: cheese, two types of butter, garlic and dill.
  7. Combine chopped garlic and dill, add butter and a little vegetable. We mix and send for 30 seconds to the microwave (let everything melt).
  8. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  9. Lightly grease the working surface of the table with vegetable oil. Roll out the finished dough into a large layer 5 mm thick. We cut out blanks by cutting or glass.
  10. Grease each small cake (blank) with garlic oil and fold in half.
  11. We wrap the workpiece again, but this time with a block of cheese.
  12. We do the same with the remaining dough and filling. We put the resulting blanks in a prepared form (grease with butter).
  13. Let it stand under the foil for about 30 minutes (the dough should fit well).
  14. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. If the mold is ceramic, do not preheat the oven.
  15. Before baking, grease with a mixture of yolk and milk.
  16. We bake a tear-off pie with cheese and garlic in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. I have a ceramic form, put it in a cold oven.
  17. I don't even know which pastry flavor I like more: cinnamon with dough or garlic-cheese. Try it, bake to your health!
