Tender Cutlets with Cottage Cheese

These cutlets are tender, juicy and healthy. They can and should be included in the diet of children)

  1. Add eggs, seasoning, herbs, onions and carrots chopped in a blender, salt to the minced meat. Knead the minced meat well for about 5 minutes. Cover and set aside for 1 hour, infuse with seasoning.
