We invite you to prepare a delicious pear dessert with us. This is a variant of the famous Tsvetaevsky pie, in which apples are replaced by pears. We decided to bake the cake in a slow cooker. Looking ahead, we want to note that this method is in no way inferior to the traditional one - in the oven, baking simplifies your work. Delicious baked goods came out.

  1. Let's prepare the necessary ingredients for making Tsvetaevsky pie with pears. For the filling, we chose a juicy variety of pears and for our pie it took four pieces. It is better to use sour cream with maximum fat content.
  2. Let's start with the test. Sift the required amount of flour into a deep glass bowl, add baking powder, put the fat sour cream and pour in the melted butter.
  3. Knead an elastic dough. It needs to be cooled for ease of use, so we roll it into a ball, wrap it in food cellophane and put it on a free shelf in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. During this time, we will do a great job with the filling. Put the sour cream in a separate container, break the egg, pour the sugar and add the flour. Use a whisk to transform these ingredients into a smooth sour cream.
  5. Lay out the bowl of the multicooker with special food paper. If you skip this step, it will be difficult to remove the finished cake without damaging it. Distribute the dough, already cooled enough, along the bottom of the bowl, forming the sides.
  6. Wash the pears, cut them in half and peel them. Then cut into thin longitudinal slices with a sharp knife.
  7. Put these pear slices on the dough in a circle and thus fill the inner space of the future pie.
  8. Fill everything with sour cream.
  9. On the program panel, select the "Baking" mode. We will manually set the required time - 1 hour 20 minutes. Let's start the device for execution.
  10. After the end of the program, the Tsvetaevo pie in the multicooker will be ready. Let the pear pie cool for a while in the multicooker bowl with the lid open, then remove it on a flat surface.
