Burgers are delicious and healthy food if you make them yourself. You can get good meat, good vegetables, and delicious whole grain buns.

Ingredients

  1. Chop the meat and turn it through a coarse grinder.
  2. Peel the onion and chop very finely. Chop the parsley leaves. Combine minced meat, onion and parsley, add garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir well. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill. Divide the minced meat into 6 portions with wet hands and shape into burgers. Grill for 3 minutes. from each side. Then place a slice of cheese on each burger and cook for another 1 minute, until the cheese begins to melt.
  4. Place the burgers on top of the warmed buns. Add cheese, tomatoes, onions and lettuce, cover with the second half of the bun and serve immediately.
