Turkey with pumpkin in the oven

Pumpkin + Turkey or Chicken = delicious, healthy and simple Dinner for the whole family :) There are many pumpkin recipes, but Oven Pumpkin with tender turkey fillet is just the perfect pumpkin dish. I think the question of what to cook from pumpkin is now solved for you;)

  1. Peel the pumpkin from the tough skin, cut into large slices, then into cubes.
  2. Rinse the turkey with cool water and cut into cubes.
  3. Disassemble the garlic into slices and peel.
  4. Place pumpkin in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  5. Season with salt, add diced butter (or pour over vegetable oil) and stir.
  6. Bake the pumpkin at 180ºC for 20 minutes, until half cooked.
  7. Heat a frying pan with oil and quickly fry the turkey, literally 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add the turkey and garlic cloves to the pumpkin.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and stir.
  10. Return the mold to the oven and bake for about 20 more minutes, until tender.
  11. Advice:
  12. The stew dish can be covered with foil during baking.
  13. Sprinkle the finished turkey with pumpkin with chopped herbs and serve.
