Oatmeal cookies with cheese are quite soft on the inside, and on the outside, during baking, they are covered with an appetizing crispy cheese crust. Aromatic and satisfying, it is great for a snack or even a quick breakfast. By adding sweet tea to these cookies, you get a very interesting balance of sweet and salty flavors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Essential products.
  2. We turn on the oven to heat up to 220 degrees.
  3. Melt the butter.
  4. Pour flour, oatmeal and baking powder into a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  5. Rub hard cheese into a bowl with dry ingredients on a coarse grater.
  6. Then pour in the melted butter and milk.
  7. Mix everything and, if necessary, add salt to taste.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. If the parchment is not siliconized, grease it with vegetable oil.
  9. Put the cookies on the parchment with a tablespoon. I got 12 pieces.
  10. We put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake the cookies for about 20 minutes, until noticeably browning.
  11. Unsweetened oatmeal cookies with cheese are ready. Bon Appetit!
