Wallenberg cutlets are a very popular dish in Sweden. They can be ordered at almost any restaurant. At home, the Swedes hardly cook them, considering the recipe too complicated. But this is not the case. A little patience and you will have the most delicate cutlets in the world.

  1. Pass the veal fillet through a meat grinder three times.
  2. Add cream and yolks to the minced meat. Whisk in until smooth.
  3. Blind cutlets weighing 160 g. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in butter. Best served with mashed potatoes, peas and lingonberries.
