  6. An hour later, the dough grows 2-2.5 times.
  7. It needs to be crumpled, covered with foil again and left to grow for another hour.
  8. Here is such an extraordinary cloud we get after two strokes. Moreover, after 2 hours, it became even softer.
  9. Next, you can simply shape a loaf or a round loaf and arrange it into a suitable shape. Or do as I do - divide the dough into 3 parts.
  10. I rolled each part in the form of a bun and laid it out in a mold, which I oiled a little. Next, cover the workpiece with a towel and leave it to rise for one hour.
  11. Look how lovely - how the dough has grown!
  12. You need to bake white bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  13. When the bread is browned, cool it on the wire rack.
  14. An extraordinary chubby - just a cloud! He's so soft!
  15. Let it cool if you can and sample some fresh airy baked goods with milk!
