Lula-kebab is a traditional oriental dish found in public catering and, in the form of a raw preparation, in the culinary departments. Try making lulu kebab yourself - it's no more difficult than making cutlets. But the result will undoubtedly delight you with its novelty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the garlic and onion and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Then knead until you feel the minced meat begins to set. The finished mixture will easily separate from the palms. Cover the mixture with a lid and leave in the refrigerator for a day.
  2. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water beforehand.
  3. Put the brazier to warm up and start shaping the sausages. You will need lukewarm salted water to moisten your hands. Blind 5-6 sausages from the finished minced meat, then put each on a skewer. Make sure that the meat fits snugly against the skewer along the entire length and especially at the ends. This is the most crucial moment - the voids in the loose mixture will be filled with juice during frying and the kebab may burst. For fast and high-quality frying, the thickness of the workpiece should not exceed 3.5 centimeters.
  4. Put the grill on to preheat, brush the grate well with olive oil. Fry the sausages, turning constantly. The process will take approximately 10-12 minutes.
  5. Serve the homemade lulu kebab with your favorite sauces, vegetables and pita bread.
