Hearty and delicious yeast dough pie with minced meat and potatoes is a great way to bring the whole family together at the table!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's make minced pork and beef. Peel potatoes, garlic and onions. Cut them into small cubes, smaller onion and garlic. Let's mix everything together.
  2. Add sour cream, salt and pepper, add your favorite spices (herbs) to taste.
  3. Roll out two layers of yeast dough (bottom and top of the pie). Put the bottom layer of dough on a baking sheet. Distribute the filling, break the bay leaf into 2 parts and put on the minced meat. Cover with a second layer of dough. We pinch along the edges, in the middle we will make a hole for the steam to escape. Lubricate the top of the pie with sour cream, sprinkle with sesame seeds. We bake for about 1 hour at T 180-190 degrees.
