After the emergence of famous fast food establishments in Russia, our fellow citizens have a firm conviction that a hamburger is tasty, but bad. A hamburger doesn't have to be fast food! If you cook it as described in this recipe, you will get a great dish that fully meets all the criteria for a healthy diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the beef with a cleaver or a heavy knife as fine as possible. Finely chop green onions and chili (if you don't like too hot, remove the seeds), add to the ground beef and chop again.
  2. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, mix with two kinds of soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Separately mix the cornstarch with 1 tbsp. l. cold water.
  3. Pour the starch mixture into the minced meat, mix thoroughly. Add ginger and soy mixture, stir again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Line the steamer with bok choy or green salad leaves. Glue 4 balls of minced meat with wet hands, flatten them into cakes about 3 cm thick and place on the leaves.
  5. Pour the sesame seeds into a dry skillet, place over medium heat and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute. Brush the burgers with sesame oil, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and cook in a double boiler for about 25 minutes. Serve with a green salad mix.
