If you have beer left from the party, and you don't drink it, like me :)) or you just want to bake something quickly, then you can bake delicious cookies with this beer. The cookies are very simple and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind the softened butter with flour into small crumbs.
  2. Add beer and knead the dough.
  3. Put the finished dough ball in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  4. Roll out the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick.
  5. If you want a sweet cookie, sprinkle with sugar. If you want salty, for example, with beer or white wine, then salt or hard cheese. If spicy, then with spices ...
  6. Next, we cut out future cookies from the dough. You can use curly molds. It seemed to me superfluous - even though such a simple cookie looks simple!))) I cut out the mugs with an ordinary glass.
  7. We spread the cookies on a sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 ° C. We bake for about 15-20 minutes.
