  1. Mash large oranges by rolling them from side to side on the table and pressing down with the palm of your hand.
  2. Then squeeze the juice out of them.
  3. Combine orange juice, spices, 4 tbsp. honey and olive oil. Stir.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and brush well with the sauce.
  5. Save some sauce for later.
  6. Bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
  7. After 20 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for another 15-20 minutes, basting it with sauce every 5 minutes.
  8. Then add 1 tbsp to the remaining sauce. honey, mix and thoroughly grease the chicken.
  9. Bake until nice golden brown.
  10. Roasting time may vary, my chicken was baked for about 1 hour.
  11. The chicken is ready to serve. Bon appetit!
