  2. Stir and fry until the onion becomes transparent.
  3. Add thinly sliced ​​tomatoes.
  4. Roast the tomatoes until they start to break down.
  5. Add chopped bacon, stir and fry for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add shredded chicken fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Stir and simmer until the chicken fillet brightens (the fillet will take on the color of the finished meat).
  8. Add tomato paste, white wine and half the oregano.
  9. Stir and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove bay leaf.
  10. Put half of the grated cheese on the bottom of a baking dish.
  11. Put the meat on top and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and oregano.
  12. Place in a preheated oven at 250º and let brown for 5 minutes.
  13. Serve gratin with rice, vegetables and salad. Bon appetit!
