Spicy chicken with curry rice is a very tasty dish. Chicken and rice go well with curry and with each other. If you like spicy dishes, then, if desired, you can add chili peppers or take hot curry.
You can also replace the chicken fillet with chicken drumsticks, it will turn out to be a little more caloric, but the taste may even benefit from such a replacement.

  1. Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl and fry finely chopped onion and garlic.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and add to the multicooker bowl.
  3. Add ginger and fry until golden brown.
  4. Rinse the rice, put it in a multicooker bowl, add salt and curry.
  5. It will taste better if you take basmati rice, but you can also use regular rice.
  6. Pour hot water over and cook in the Pilaf / Buckwheat / Rice mode.
  7. Serve with herbs or vegetables.
