One pleasure is chocolate chip cookies !!!

Ingredients

  1. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt through a sieve.
  2. Whisk butter with sugar
  3. Beat the icing sugar and butter until white.
  4. Add the egg, beat until smooth
  5. Add egg (room temperature) and beat until smooth.
  6. Kneading the cookie dough
  7. Then add flour mixture and quickly knead a soft dough.
  8. Divide the dough into 2 parts, send it to cool
  9. Put the dough in a plastic bag and roll it into a thin layer, 4-5 cm (I divided the dough into two parts). And in this form, send the dough to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  10. Roll out the dough, cut out cookies with molds
  11. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut the cookies with a cookie cutter.
  12. Bake chocolate chip cookies in the oven until cooked
  13. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes (don't overdo it!).
  14. For the cream, combine melted chocolate and cream
  15. Combine chocolate and cream in a saucepan, melt and cool to room temperature.
  16. Stir in boiled condensed milk
  17. Add boiled condensed milk, mix.
  18. Cover the chocolate cookies with cream, connect the 2 halves together
  19. Spread the halves and connect the cookies together. You can simply grease with boiled milk or melted chocolate. Bon Appetit!
