  1. Stir the starch with baking powder and add this mixture to the flour.
  2. After that, sift the mass several times with a sieve.
  3. Separately cut the butter into small pieces.
  4. Then we put it in a warm place so that it melts (but does not melt).
  5. We also remove the eggs from the refrigerator 15 minutes before the start of the process.
  6. Fill the butter with granulated sugar, mix with a whisk.
  7. Fill this mixture with mayonnaise and set to beat on medium mixer speed
  8. After about two minutes , pour the eggs into the mass and continue beating vigorously.
  9. As soon as the sugar grains have completely dissolved, and the mixture has become more or less homogeneous, add a quarter of the flour .
  10. We transfer the mixer to high speed mode, add the second quarter of flour with baking powder and starch.
  11. We knead a soft and rather fragile dough, but not sticky at the same time
  12. We keep the dough in ice cold for about half an hour or even forty minutes .
  13. We remove our dough from the freezer and place it in the meat grinder receiver.
  14. We pass a little curly dough through a meat grinder, cut it off with a knife and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  15. Let our blanks stand a little on a baking sheet at room temperature.
  16. Then we fish out one cookie and consider it: if the bottom is already well baked and is in danger of burning, you can safely remove the baked goods from the oven.
