  1. Preheat oven to 170 °. Chop nuts and chocolate with a knife.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, add coffee and cinnamon

  9. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll up 2 sausages with a diameter of 3-4 cm.Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment (or a non-stick mat). Flatten a little so that the cookie ends up being oval. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Cut the dough sausages into small slices
  11. Remove the sausages (do not turn off the oven). Cool the sausages for 5 minutes, put on a board and cut lengthwise into cookies 1-1.5 cm thick. Put them on a baking sheet again and dry in the oven for another 10 minutes. Cool, serve.
  12. Cool coffee biscotti with chocolate and serve
