  10. Cut the dough sausages into small slices
  11. Remove the sausages (do not turn off the oven). Cool the sausages for 5 minutes, put on a board and cut lengthwise into cookies 1-1.5 cm thick. Put them on a baking sheet again and dry in the oven for another 10 minutes. Cool, serve.
