Colored biscuits with jelly

These interesting cookies have a very delicate taste and slight sourness, and the color depends on the color of the jelly you put in the dough. It can be done with children - easy and fun! In terms of consistency, it is by no means gelatinous - shortbread. Jelly gives it only color and sourness.

Ingredients

• butter - 200 g
• sugar - 80 g
• jelly - 80-100 g packaging (it is better to take sourish: I took a cherry one, you can use an apple, orange, kiwi)
• egg - 2 pcs.
• vanillin - 1 tsp vanilla extract
• flour - 270 g
• baking powder - 1 tsp.
• salt - 1/2 tsp.

Directions

1. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and jelly until fluffy. Sift the flour along with baking powder and salt and mix together with the butter mixture. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 175-180 ° C.
2. Form balls (about 2 cm in diameter) from the hardened dough and spread out on paper at a distance from each other. Dip a fork in flour, lightly press it to the surface of the cookie, flattening it - the cloves will be printed on the surface. Bake for 10-15 minutes - it should not brown.
